Sheilina Henry

President of Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar

Sheilina Henry was appointed Senior Vice President and President of Fleming's Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar in August 2023.  She will serve in a shared transition role until  January 1, 2024 at which time she will be responsible for overseeing the domestic operations and development of more than 60 restaurants nationwide.

With over 25 years of experience in the restaurant industry, Sheilina's journey with Bloomin' Brands began in 2012 when she joined as an Outback Steakhouse Joint Venture Partner in the Midwest.  In 2014, she relocated to the Restaurant Support Center in Tampa to lead several large-scale projects across multiple concepts.  She was promoted to Regional Vice President for Outback Steakhouse in 2019.  In 2020, she joined the Executive Leadership Team as the Group Vice President, focusing on Diversity & Inclusion. In her most recent role, she served as the Senior Vice President of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Off-Premises Dining.

Before joining Bloomin' Brands, Sheilina spent 12 years at Yum! Brands, where she held various positions within regional operations and training.

Sheilina holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from The Ohio State University and an MBA from DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.
