Senior Vice President, President of Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar

Pat English was appointed Senior Vice President and President of Fleming's Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar in November 2025. He is responsible for leading the domestic operations and development of more than 60 restaurants nationwide.

With his 35 years of experience in the restaurant industry, including two decades with Fleming’s, he began his company journey as an Operating Partner in Radnor, PA. He was promoted to Joint Venture Partner in 2013, then to Senior Director of Operations in 2018. In 2021, he was named Vice President of Operations and expanded his leadership role to operations for all Fleming’s restaurants.  

Prior to joining Bloomin' Brands, Pat held multiple roles with the Smith & Wollensky Restaurant Group, beginning as an hourly team member and advancing through several leadership positions within the company.

Pat’s deep understanding of the brand’s culture, people, and commitment to excellence has earned him multiple honors, including being named Partner of the Year several times, Joint Venture Partner of the Year in 2014, and recipient of the Fleming’s Founders Award in 2024.
