Ali Charri

Senior Vice President, Guest Insight & Analytics

Ali Charri has served as Senior Vice President of Guest Insight & Analytics at Bloomin’ Brands since August 2025. He leads the Company’s consumer insights and analytics strategy, shaping brand positioning and business planning with data-driven guest insights, market research, and enterprise analytics. The Company’s Digital, Gift Card and Loyalty Program teams will also report to Ali.

Ali brings more than 20 years of experience in consumer insights, strategy, and marketplace analytics. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Insights at Darden Restaurants, where he led the company’s Center of Excellence for Consumer and Marketplace Insights, supporting all brands through research-driven business planning and growth strategy.

Earlier in his career, Ali held senior leadership roles at MillerCoors and The Coca-Cola Company. At Coca-Cola, he led Consumer and Business Insights and Portfolio Strategy across North America and international markets, including Europe, Eurasia, and the Middle East.

Ali holds a Master of Science in Engineering from Marquette University and a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering.
