Eric Christel

Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer-Elect

Eric Christel has served as Chief Financial Officer-Elect of Bloomin’ Brands since August 2025.  Following a transition period concluding on or about September 8, 2025, he will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer. At such time, he will be responsible for the company’s financial planning and reporting. The Company’s Accounting, Tax, Audit, Development and International teams will also report to Eric.

Eric brings more than 25 years of experience leading finance, transformation, and strategy across the consumer, restaurant, and CPG sectors. Prior to joining Bloomin’ Brands, Eric served as SVP, CFO of The Campbell Company’s $5B Snacks Division, where he led the finance team across US, Latin America, and Global Exports spanning financial planning, strategy and analytics.

Prior to The Campbell Company’s Snacks Division, he was SVP, CFO for the Americas at Dentsu, overseeing a $2B portfolio across multiple markets and leading a two-year transformation of finance systems and operations. Eric also held senior operating finance leadership roles at PepsiCo, including CFO of North America Nutrition and VP of Transformation for Pepsi Beverages North America, where he drove growth, innovation, and operational efficiency.

Eric holds an MBA and Master of Engineering Management from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech.
