John Bettin
Senior Vice President, President Bonefish Grill
John Bettin was named Senior Vice President, President of Bonefish Grill August 2025. He is responsible for leading the domestic operations and development of the more than 160 Bonefish Grill restaurants nationwide. He is a veteran hospitality executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry, starting as a sous chef. He most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of Miller’s Ale House, a casual dining and sports bar brand with more than 100 locations across the U.S. In this role, Bettin oversaw all facets of the business, from operations and brand development to guest experience and long-term growth strategy. His leadership reflects a deep understanding of operational excellence and a consistent focus on evolving the guest experience to meet changing market demands.
Prior to joining Miller’s Ale House, Bettin held CEO and senior executive roles at several well-known restaurant groups, including Tavistock Restaurant Collection, The Palm Restaurant Group, Buca Inc., and Morton’s of Chicago. Across these roles, he built a reputation for revitalizing legacy brands through strategic repositioning, menu innovation, and disciplined operations. Beginning his career in the kitchen as a sauté cook, Bettin brings a hands-on approach to leadership that blends culinary passion with strong business acumen.
