Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer

Jessica Mitory has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Bloomin’ Brands, Inc. since August 2025. She leads the company’s global human resources department, including talent development, strategy, organizational effectiveness, total rewards, and team member experience across all brands.

Jessica brings more than 15 years of diverse leadership experience across all functions within Human Resources including transformation, organization development, training, workforce planning, global talent strategy, operations, and total rewards. Prior to joining Bloomin’ Brands, she held senior leadership roles at Advance Auto Parts, Inc., including SVP of Global Total Rewards & Employee Experience, where she led HR systems, leadership development, training, and total rewards programs for over 65,000 team members.

Earlier in her career, Jessica held key HR roles at PepsiCo and Mercer Consulting, where she partnered with C-suite leaders, boards and frontline leaders to drive strategic change, workforce planning, and organizational design across global operations.

Jessica holds a Master of Science in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Pennsylvania State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Economics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
