Nancy Rodriguez
Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer
Nancy Rodriguez was appointed Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer of Bloomin’ Brands in August 2026. She leads the company’s human resources function, including talent and leadership development, organizational effectiveness, Team Member engagement, and programs that support the company’s people-first culture across all brands.
Nancy brings more than 15 years of human resources leadership experience and a proven track record of developing talent, building high-performing teams, and driving organizational success. During her nine-year tenure with Bloomin’ Brands, she has served in leadership positions including Vice President of Human Resources and Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion and Senior Director of Human Resources, leading human resources for the brands and the corporate office. In 2022, she received a Bloomin’ Brands CEO Award and was named Carrabbamico of the Year.
Prior to joining Bloomin' Brands, Nancy held leadership roles at Campbell Soup Company and Verizon and Frontier Communications.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Strayer University and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification.
