Randy Scruggs

Senior Vice President, Supply Chain

Randy Scruggs was promoted to Senior Vice President, Supply Chain in August 2025. He is responsible for leading the efforts to drive operational efficiency, product innovation, and strategic sourcing across all the company’s brands.

Randy holds more than 25 years of experience in the food industry in manufacturing and restaurant supply chain management with expertise in commodity pricing, supplier relationships, and identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising product quality or customer experience.

Randy Joined Bloomin’ Brands in 2021 as Vice President of Procurement. Prior to joining Bloomin' Brands, Randy served as Chief Supply Chain officer at SPB Hospitality, Vice President of Supply Chain Management at Logan’s Roadhouse, and a leadership position at O’Charley’s.  

Randy holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Agriculture-Animal Science from the University of Tennessee at Martin.
