Michael Healy

Senior Vice President, President of Bonefish Grill

Michael Healy was named the President of Bonefish Grill in January 2022.  He is responsible for leading the domestic operations and development of more than 180 restaurants nationwide.

Previously, Michael served as the Senior Vice President of Field Operations where he completed an accelerated executive immersion program to expand his operational leadership capabilities.

He also held positions as Senior Vice President, Global Supply Chain of Bloomin’ Brands and as Group Vice President and CFO of Outback Steakhouse, where he helped develop and execute the brand’s strategy, including leading the cross-functional rollout of delivery.  Additionally, he served as interim CFO for Outback International and conceptualized and developed the real estate analytics capability at Bloomin’ Brands.
Prior to joining Bloomin’ Brands in 2009, he held leadership positions in corporate planning, finance, and analytics at Circuit City.
Michael earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the College of William and Mary.
