Michael Healy

Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, Global Business Development

Michael Healy was named Executive Vice President, Global Business Development and Strategy in November 2023. He is responsible for leading strategy and business development opportunities for the company.

New asset development, relocations, partnerships, global franchise development, acquisitions, divestitures and financial planning are under Michael’s direction.  He is implementing the Outback Steakhouse, Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar and international growth plan with an eye for opportunistic growth for Carrabba’s Italian Grill and Bonefish Grill.

Since joining the company in 2009, Michael has held various positions in the areas of Development and Strategic Analytics, Supply Chain, Brand Strategy for Casual Dining Restaurants, and was the Chief Financial Officer for Outback Steakhouse.  He most recently served as President of Bonefish Grill.

Prior to joining Bloomin’ Brands, he held leadership positions in corporate planning, finance, and analytics at Circuit City.

Michael earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the College of William and Mary.
