Michael Healy

Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, Global Business Development

Michael Healy was named Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, Global Business Development in April 2024. He is responsible for the company’s business analytics and global strategy, as well as all areas of financial planning and reporting. In addition, the Global Business Development and International teams, except for Brazil, report to Michael.

Since joining the company in 2009, Michael has held various positions in the areas of Development and Strategic Analytics, Supply Chain, Brand Strategy and leadership, including serving as the Group Vice President for Outback Steakhouse, and President of Bonefish Grill.  He most recently served as Executive Vice President, Global Business Development and Strategy.

Prior to joining Bloomin’ Brands, he held leadership positions in corporate planning, finance, and analytics at Circuit City.

Michael earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the College of William and Mary.
