Michael Healy

Executive Vice President, Strategy & Transformation

Michael Healy was named Executive Vice President, Strategy & Transformation in September 2025. He leads the strategic initiatives central to Bloomin’ Brands’ turnaround efforts, prioritizing Outback Steakhouse.

Since joining the company in 2009, Michael has held various positions in the areas of Development and Strategic Analytics, Supply Chain, Brand Strategy and leadership, including serving as the Group Vice President for Outback Steakhouse, and President of Bonefish Grill.  He most recently served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, Global Business Development.

Prior to joining Bloomin’ Brands, he held leadership positions in corporate planning, finance, and analytics at Circuit City.

Michael earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the College of William and Mary.
