Lissette Gonzalez

Executive Vice President, Chief Commercial Officer

Lissette Gonzalez was appointed Executive Vice President, Chief Commercial Officer in February 2025.  She is responsible for overseeing the Company’s Global Supply Chain, Operations & Training, Off-Premises Dining, Productivity, Customer Analytics, Customer Insights, Digital & Media, Revenue Growth Management and IT teams.

Previously, Lissette served as Chief Supply Chain & Operations Excellence Officer.  Under her leadership, more than 1,400 restaurants have the products and services they need to provide memorable experiences to our guests through strategic supplier relationships that position the company for growth.  She is renowned for her ability to drive cross-functional initiatives that improve margins while maintaining high quality and service commitments.

Lissette joined Bloomin’ Brands in 2014 after 16 years at Office Depot, where she had increasing levels of responsibility within the company’s supply chain function.

She was named one of the Top 30 Global Supply Chain Leaders for 2023.

Lissette holds both a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and a master’s degree in engineering management from Florida International University.
