Gagan Sinha

Chief Information Officer

Gagan Sinha was named Chief Information Officer in September 2024. He is responsible for leading the global information technology strategy, development and implementation of all digital consumer and business technology initiatives for Bloomin’ Brands.

Gagan has more than 20 years of technology leadership experience in various industries. He joined Bloomin’ Brands as the Senior Vice President of Technology in the spring of 2024 from Inspire Brands.

At Inspire Brands, he last served as Senior Vice President of Information Technology where he led all aspects of technology for more than 31,000 restaurants globally. Prior to Inspire’s acquisition of Dunkin' Brands, Gagan served as Vice President of IT at Dunkin' Brands where he led technology for all Dunkin' and Baskin Robbins stores globally.

Gagan holds a Master’s Degree in Management from Harvard University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University. He also serves on the Board of Governors for Restaurant Technology Network.
