Mark Graff

Executive Vice President, President of Bonefish Grill and Fine Dining

Mark Graff was named Executive Vice President, President of Bonefish Grill and Fine Dining in November 2023.  He is responsible for leading the domestic operations and development of 175 Bonefish Grill restaurants nationwide as well as the Fine Dining portfolio.

Since joining Bloomin’ Brands in 2012, Mark has held various positions in the areas of International Business Development, Treasury, Corporate Finance and Investor Relations.   He played a key role in the company’s global expansion strategy, including the acquisition of Outback Steakhouse in Brazil.  He most recently served as Senior Vice President, Business Development and Financial Planning.

Prior to Bloomin’ Brands, Mark worked in the strategy and operations practice for Deloitte Consulting and was an associate in the technology and services investment banking group at Raymond James & Associates.

Mark earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance from Pennsylvania State University.
